Winemaker del proyecto.
Nacido en La Consulta, Mendoza, trabajó en Bodega Salentein durante diez años, integrando el
equipo enológico.
En 2016, estuvo a cargo de la cosecha en Bodega de Cote, ubicada Mexico.
Integró el equipo de Investigación y Desarrollo de la Bodega 12th Wine Company en Oregon, EEUU,
durante la Cosecha 2017.
Fue docente en la carrera de enología industrial frutihortícola en
IES 9-015, La Consulta, desde el 2014 al 2022.
Además de integrar el proyecto Tutu Wines, lleva a cabo su proyecto personal Solito Va Wines.
Project Winemaker.
Born in La Consulta, Mendoza, he worked at Bodega Salentein for ten years, joining the
oenological team.
In 2016, he was in charge of the harvest at Bodega de Cote, located in Mexico.
He joined the Research and Development team at the 12th Wine Company Winery in Oregon, USA,
during the 2017 Harvest.
He was a teacher in the industrial fruit and vegetable enology degree in
IES 9-015, La Consulta, from 2014 to 2022.
In addition to being part of the Tutu Wines project, he carries out his personal project Solito
Va Wines.
Tutu homenajea al famoso álbum de Miles Davis del año 1986, que a su vez, homenajea al mítico clérigo pacifista Desmond Tutu, quién dedicó su vida a defender a minorías y fue premio del nobel de la paz.
Delicados y transparentes, como Miles y Desmond, queremos representar cada lugar, con sus aromas y texturas, sin agregados ni maquillajes innecesarios.
Tutu pays tribute to the famous Miles Davis album from 1986, which in turn pays tribute to the legendary pacifist cleric Desmond Tutu, who dedicated his life to defending to minorities and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
Delicate and transparent, like Miles and Desmond, we want to represent each place, with its aromas and textures, without unnecessary additions or makeup.

El proyecto surge como continuación de todo el trabajo de estudio, especialización y experimentos de suelos en Mendoza que se desarrollaron durante aproximádamente 10 años. Con la intención de reflejar la historia, el ADN y la esencia de los grandes vinos y de las variedades autóctonas argentinas, y mostrar el potencial que tienen nuestros terruños.
The project arises as a continuation of all the work of study, specialization and experiments on soils in Mendoza developed during approximately 10 years. With the intention of reflecting the history, the DNA and the essence of the greatest nativa Argentinean wine varieties and showing the potential of our terroir.
