Fermentación con método oxidativo, con levaduras indígenas y 30% de pieles en pileta de concreto, recubierto de epoxi. Conservación durante cuatro meses en las mismas piletas.

On alluvial soils on stones with 30% silty sand matrix, without lime. Fermentation with oxidative method, with indigenous yeasts and 30% skins in a concrete tank, covered with epoxy. Conservation for four months in the same pools.
