Mayormente criolla chica y grande, con un porcentaje de criolla blanca, criolla cereza y moscatel. Cofermentación y crianza en huevos de cemento con levaduras indígenas.

Mostly small and large Creole, with a percentage of white Creole, cherry Creole and muscatel Claret of red Creole grapes from Tupungato, on alluvial soils on stones with 70% in silty sand matrix, without lime. Microvinification in cement eggs, co-fermentation of grapes with indigenous yeasts, without acidity correction and minimal sulfite. Breeding in the same eggs.
