Fermentación en piletas de cemento, con 20% de racimo entero, levadura indígenas y sin corrección de acidez. Se conserva en las mismas piletas.

On alluvial soils on stones with 70% silty sand matrix, without lime. Fermentation in cement tanks, with 20% whole bunch, indigenous yeasts and without acidity correction. It is kept in the same pools.
