Un mix fantástico de terruños calcáreos, que combina lo mejor de dos personalidades muy diferentes: la delicadeza de Altamira y el lado salvaje de Gualtallary. Suelos 70% de piedras cubiertas de carbonato de calcio, y caliche de 30 a 40 cm de profundidad. Fermentación con levaduras indígenas en huevos de hormigón, con un 10% de racimo entero. Crianza en los mismos huevos.

A fantastic mix of terroirs, which combines the best of two very different personalities: the delicacy of Altamira and the wild side of Gualtallary. Soils 70% stone covered with calcium carbonate, and caliche 30 to 40 cm deep. Fermented in concrete eggs with minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, and in contact with their skins, with 10% whole bunch. Raised on the same eggs.
